Superb service and efficiency

I know this was a number of years ago but I would becremiss if I didn't finally submit my thanks for the assistance of the pharmacist and staff. I had just flown in from Italy on leg 2 of my European adventure and found I left some of my meds in my rome hotel. A silly and totally negligent action. I also had had my cane stolen from right under my nose and was in dire need of both. I was care for professionally and personally and the courtesy and friendship of the people there will not soon be forgotten.

Outstanding pharmacy. All staff members and pharmacists are Experienced, efficient and friendly.

Very kind and helpful staff, we had an unusual prescription from GP and one of the medicines is difficult to find in the area. The staff was so patient to explain to us why the unusual medicine was prescribed and direct us to the biggest distributor in the area. GREAT thank you to the staff as they are very considerate and understand the urgency/frustration I have with a painful eye.

Always kind and clear. It’s always a pleasure to come here. It isn’t the closest pharmacy to my house but always worth the slightly extra effort to come here over anywhere else for the incredible customer service

If they had not refused to sell me over the counter medicine and forced me to demand to to a GP same day I may not be here. Following their guidance and not the over the telephone advice from my GP (buy mouth wash) I was taken into the Royal free for a week as I had a dangerously low white blood cell count and almost zero platelets in my bloods and a form of sepsis. As the consultant said - "if you bang your head you will bleed to death"
That visit to the pharmacy certainly helped me.

I go to Heard Pharmacy for all my medicinal issues. Mr Patel and his staff are extremely knowledgable in their field and a pleasure to deal with.
